Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances — such as warehouse logistics or the sourcing of rare parts and accessories — may delay a shipment beyond this window. We do our best to keep you informed of your order’s status, and we appreciate your patience.

If you’d like a refund, we’re happy to help:

• If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll stop it before it goes out.

• If it has shipped, return it to us unused within 30 days of delivery, at your own shipping expense, to:

Once we receive and inspect the return to confirm it’s unused, we’ll process your refund. Please allow 7–10 business days for it to post to your bank.

If you have seen this message:

“Skate Maker needs WebGL 2, which isn’t available in your current browser or device. Try updating or using another browser.”

Then we recommend these instructions:

• Update Chrome (and Android) to the latest versions.

• In Chrome, open chrome://flags, search for “WebGL” or “Graphics”, and enable WebGL 2 / “Override software rendering list” if available (behavior varies by build).

• Try another browser (e.g. Firefox or Samsung Internet) to see if it exposes WebGL 2 on the same device.
