Professional Assembly is fully refundable if removed before we receive your boots, or if we determine your boots are incompatible during our initial inspection. Once assembly work begins, this service is non-refundable due to the custom labor involved. Orders will be automatically canceled if boots are not received within 30 days of purchase, with a $50 administrative fee deducted from the refund.
